Definition
Two angles in a polygon that share a common side.
In simple terms:
Angles that are next to each other.
Example:
In parallelogram ABCD, ∠A and ∠B are consecutive angles because they share side AB.
Important Note (Parallelograms):
In a parallelogram, consecutive angles are supplementary (they add up to 180°).
