Definition
A parallelogram with all four sides congruent (equal in length).
In simple terms:
A four-sided shape where every side is the same length.
Example:
A diamond shape on a playing card is a rhombus.
Important Notes:
Opposite sides are parallel.
Opposite angles are congruent.
Diagonals bisect each other at right angles (90°).
Diagonals bisect the angles of the rhombus.
All properties of parallelograms also apply.
